PSLmaxxer ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by LooksMaxxers. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

TrueDepth API & Face Data

PSLmaxxer uses Apple's TrueDepth camera and ARKit face tracking technology to map facial geometry for analysis purposes. Specifically:

The TrueDepth camera captures facial landmark data (68 points) to compute facial measurements such as symmetry, proportions, and ratios.
All facial analysis is performed on-device only. Face data is never sent to external servers, stored in the cloud, or shared with third parties.
Face data is processed in real-time during the scan and is not persistently stored beyond the current session's scan results.
We do not use TrueDepth data for advertising, tracking, or any purpose other than providing facial analysis within the app.
Face data is not collected, shared, or sold to third parties.
The app does not create a face profile that can identify you outside of the app.

Information We Collect

PSLmaxxer collects minimal information to provide the service:

Facial scan data: Processed on-device only as described above. Not transmitted or stored externally.
Profile data: Height and weight entered by you for BMI calculation. Stored locally on your device only.
Subscription data: Managed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store payment information.
Analytics: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (e.g., number of scans) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally.

Data Storage

All personal data, including scan results, measurements, and profile information, is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain user accounts or cloud storage of personal data. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

PSLmaxxer uses the following third-party services:

RevenueCat: For subscription management. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction data. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Apple App Store: For payment processing. See Apple's privacy policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes. Face data never leaves your device.

Children's Privacy

PSLmaxxer is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information. You can delete all data at any time by uninstalling the app. There is no account to delete or data to request because we do not store your information on our servers.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
