By downloading, installing, or using PSLmaxxer ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

PSLmaxxer is a facial analysis application that uses Apple's TrueDepth camera and Vision framework to compute facial measurements and provide a facial structure score. The app is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only.

Medical Disclaimer

PSLmaxxer is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scores and recommendations are based on geometric measurements and community standards, not clinical assessments. Do not make medical decisions based on information provided by this app. Consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice.

Accuracy Disclaimer

Facial measurements and scores are computed using on-device algorithms and are approximations based on camera input. Results may vary depending on lighting, camera angle, facial expression, and other factors. Scores are not absolute measures of attractiveness and should be interpreted as estimates.

Subscriptions

PSLmaxxer offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app to harass, bully, or demean others.
Scan other people's faces without their consent.
Use the app's results to discriminate against any individual.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, algorithms, and branding in PSLmaxxer are the property of LooksMaxxers and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Content Ownership Transfer (Free Scan Program)

PSLmaxxer offers users the opportunity to receive free scans in exchange for granting PSLmaxxer full and permanent ownership of their scan content. By accepting the content ownership consent prompt within the app, you agree to the following:

Scope of Content: "Content" includes your facial scan image, facial measurements, PSL score, tier classification, reaction video (if recorded), and any share video generated from your scan session.
Transfer of Ownership: You irrevocably transfer and assign all rights, title, and interest in and to the Content to LooksMaxxers (operator of PSLmaxxer). This transfer is permanent, worldwide, and includes all intellectual property rights, reproduction rights, distribution rights, and derivative work rights.
Permitted Uses: LooksMaxxers may use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publish the Content for any purpose, including but not limited to: social media marketing, advertising, promotional materials, in-app content, website content, press materials, and any other commercial or non-commercial use, without further notice or compensation to you.
Consideration: The consideration for this transfer is the free scan(s) provided to you through the referral program. You acknowledge that the free scan constitutes adequate and sufficient consideration for the permanent transfer of rights described herein.
Representations: By granting consent, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, that the Content depicts only you, and that you have the legal right to transfer ownership of the Content.
No Obligation: Participation in the free scan program is entirely voluntary. You may decline the content ownership consent and instead purchase a subscription to access scan features without transferring any content rights.
Irrevocability: Once consent is granted and the free scan is used, the transfer of ownership cannot be revoked, even if you later delete the app, cancel any subscription, or request account deletion. Content already transferred remains the permanent property of LooksMaxxers.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not accept the content ownership consent prompt. You may still use PSLmaxxer by subscribing to a paid plan.

Limitation of Liability

PSLmaxxer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LooksMaxxers shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of data, or reliance on scores and recommendations.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
